PCBC Women win at Autumn Head

PCBC Women have won the Senior 4s at Rob Roy’s Autumn Head, held on October 15th, 2011.

PCBC put out the fastest Women’s 4 of the day, winning the Senior 4+ category in a time of 11:41, with a crew of A.Whiscombe (cox), S. Bennett (stroke), R.T. Conroy, C.Hall and E. Rowley.

This crew will be racing in Boston this weekend (with V.S. Bennett instead of R.T. Conroy) and hopes to finish within the top half of their category.

The Pembroke Men also posted a fast result in this Head, rowing twice as part of a training session for their upcoming race in Boston. Posting a time of 9:25 they finished second in the IM3 8s.
